Order Cancellation

Post-Shipment Cancellation

Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you can return the item upon receipt, subject to our Return Policy.

  • Cancellation requests received after the order has been processed and shipped may not be processed.
  • For custom or personalized orders, cancellations may not be possible once the order is in production.
